Even though Pure Vegan Cakes was going to be closed for vacation, they found a way to get the cake made and available so we could get it! Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting.
