This was my daughter’s birthday, she decided she wanted a vegan cake since she is now vegetarian. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing if we would like it or not but to my surprise the cake was delicious! I don’t think there is anything like it out there and all our guests enjoyed it too. Top tier was mango, vanilla and second tier was strawberry and vanilla all covered in European chocolate. Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting. I had a vegan carrot cake delivered to my parents for their anniversary. They have eliminated dairy from their diet. I was excited at finding a vegan bakery that would deliver in the area and figured it would be a classy but simple design but the cake was beautifully decorated! My parents enjoyed the cake so much that they each ate two slices upon opening. I really appreciate how responsive Sira was to my original email through post cake delivery!
