Pure Vegan Cakes came to the rescue! It was my daughter’s birthday and we were traveling to South Florida from New York and I needed a vegan cake for her birthday party. Even though Pure Vegan Cakes was going to be closed for vacation, they found a way to get the cake made and available so we could get it! I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money.
