Even though Pure Vegan Cakes was going to be closed for vacation, they found a way to get the cake made and available so we could get it! I had a vegan carrot cake delivered to my parents for their anniversary. They have eliminated dairy from their diet. I was excited at finding a vegan bakery that would deliver in the area and figured it would be a classy but simple design but the cake was beautifully decorated! My parents enjoyed the cake so much that they each ate two slices upon opening. I really appreciate how responsive Sira was to my original email through post cake delivery!

We bought a large chocolate birthday cake and oh my god it was the best thing ever. We had our lunch, breakfast, dinner and in between snacks with that cake alone ???? can’t wait to try other things from here.

I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money.
