My gender reveal was a pistachio cake with coconut frosting!y baby shower a caramel coconut cake. And recently I has a Italian rainbow cookie cake made for my nieces birthday. I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money. I found Pure vegan cakes online and WOW!! The cupcake bouquet caught my eye for a valentine gift and it did not disappoint. This was my daughter’s birthday, she decided she wanted a vegan cake since she is now vegetarian. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing if we would like it or not but to my surprise the cake was delicious! I don’t think there is anything like it out there and all our guests enjoyed it too. Top tier was mango, vanilla and second tier was strawberry and vanilla all covered in European chocolate. Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting.
