Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting. The white crust and the chocolate were a perfect combination. Thank you for helping me making his birthday feel special. ????????

They were honestly amazing!! I had a vegan carrot cake delivered to my parents for their anniversary. They have eliminated dairy from their diet. I was excited at finding a vegan bakery that would deliver in the area and figured it would be a classy but simple design but the cake was beautifully decorated! My parents enjoyed the cake so much that they each ate two slices upon opening. I really appreciate how responsive Sira was to my original email through post cake delivery!

I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money. My family and I absolutely loved our buttercream pineapple filling cake we got from Pure Vegan Cakes. With this cakes we were taken back to about 15+ years ago when we had Nicaraguan cake for every bday. We absolutely love Sira she is bake goods genius and the sweetest most fun person you’ll meet! All I can say is WOW!! This is the best cake I’ve ever had- it was so moist, so chocolatey, not too sweet like my experience with store bought vegan cakes.
