All I can say is WOW!! This is the best cake I’ve ever had- it was so moist, so chocolatey, not too sweet like my experience with store bought vegan cakes. I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money. Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting. The white crust and the chocolate were a perfect combination. Thank you for helping me making his birthday feel special. ????????

Oh my gawwwd!! Seriously not only the best vegan cake custom made for my sons birthday but the absolute loveliest owner! I was extremely impressed!! She did our New Years cupcakes they were perfection!

Couldn’t have been any happier with the cake we got from Pure Vegan Cakes. I spoke with Sira the owner and she helped design the perfect cake for my sister’s Amalfi Coast themed birthday party. We chose a lemon cake with vanilla buttercream frosting with a raspberry filling. From the limoncello candies, to the brightly colored flowers, to the tile design that wrapped the cake, Sira put a lot of thought into every detail. Needless to say the cake was a huge hit at the party. Nobody could believe it was a vegan cake! Sira made the event so special and is such a lovely person all around. Highly recommend!

They were honestly amazing!!
