Pure Vegan Cakes came to the rescue! It was my daughter’s birthday and we were traveling to South Florida from New York and I needed a vegan cake for her birthday party. Even though Pure Vegan Cakes was going to be closed for vacation, they found a way to get the cake made and available so we could get it! I had a vegan carrot cake delivered to my parents for their anniversary. They have eliminated dairy from their diet. I was excited at finding a vegan bakery that would deliver in the area and figured it would be a classy but simple design but the cake was beautifully decorated! My parents enjoyed the cake so much that they each ate two slices upon opening. I really appreciate how responsive Sira was to my original email through post cake delivery!

Couldn’t have been any happier with the cake we got from Pure Vegan Cakes. I spoke with Sira the owner and she helped design the perfect cake for my sister’s Amalfi Coast themed birthday party. We chose a lemon cake with vanilla buttercream frosting with a raspberry filling. From the limoncello candies, to the brightly colored flowers, to the tile design that wrapped the cake, Sira put a lot of thought into every detail. Needless to say the cake was a huge hit at the party. Nobody could believe it was a vegan cake! Sira made the event so special and is such a lovely person all around. Highly recommend!
