From the first phone call I knew that this was going to be a great experience. I found Pure Vegan Cakes by searching online, I saw photos and I was hooked! I wanted a dairy free carrot cake for a friend’s birthday, Sira and I discussed his hobbies (golf), and she showed me examples of her designs. We created a plan, and when I picked up the cake, it was perfect! Our friend loved his birthday cake, and the carrot cake was absolutely scrumptious!!! I also had some gluten free vegan cupcakes, also delicious! I highly recommend Sira and Pure Vegan Cakes!!!

Thank you so much Pure Vegan Cakes for the cupcakes. My wife and everyone loved them. My 6 yr old daughter said "Daddy, these are deliiiiiiiiiciiiiious" "Can I have more?" Sira was able to accommodate and make these cupcakes amazing with the following allergy restrictions: egg,oat,soy, dairy, gluten, almond. I don’t how she was able to do it but they were Amaaaazzzziiinnnnng! Just placed another order for my wife’s upcoming Birthday!

My gender reveal was a pistachio cake with coconut frosting!y baby shower a caramel coconut cake. And recently I has a Italian rainbow cookie cake made for my nieces birthday. They were honestly amazing!! They were so good and I'm not a frosting person but it was great and not too sweet which I loved so they were overall the best baked goods I’ve had and I’m not from this state! 1/28/2023 4th cake later!!!!! Just finished eating the last piece of cake! My husband and I killed it.. He says it's worth every penny!! It's the perfect balance because the cake is not too sweet but very flavorful and the icing has the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor!! Which makes it harder to stop eating!! Okay I done!! ???????????????? Have a nice day!!! OMG!! I order the Vegan pistachio cake last minute for my birthday and by far was the best decision I made that day and the best birthday gift I could’ve ask for! Every word that came out of me and my significant other's mouth after each bite was WOW THIS IS DELICIOUS!! Repeatedly! This was no ordinary cake! Flavors, moisture, smell ( I could smell all the extracts)on point!! I thought that my favorite cake was a VI vianna cake but this VEGAN pistachio cake is my new favorite cake! The cake was awesome I called Thursday last minute birthday cake for my girlfriend and she had it made Saturday. Took her time and got the right flowers just so the cake was perfect. And it was!! I will be using her again!!

I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money. I’m looking forward to seeing her continuously break records and become a staple in our South Florida Community. Give her a call and try her baked goods.
