My fiancé & I met on a dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel, which was the inspiration for our cake. He calls me the 'coffee' in our relationship with my 'upbeat', 'energetic', and 'bubbly' personality. I call him my everything bagel, because he is everything I need from a partner in life. ❤️ Thank you to the talented Sira who made us the most perfect, unique cake for my bridal shower that represented our relationship perfectly! It was truly a beautiful cake and absolutely delicious!! ???? We loved every layer and are super sad that it is all gone!

1/28/2023 4th cake later!!!!! Just finished eating the last piece of cake! My husband and I killed it.. He says it's worth every penny!! It's the perfect balance because the cake is not too sweet but very flavorful and the icing has the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor!! Which makes it harder to stop eating!! Okay I done!! ???????????????? Have a nice day!!! OMG!! I order the Vegan pistachio cake last minute for my birthday and by far was the best decision I made that day and the best birthday gift I could’ve ask for! Every word that came out of me and my significant other's mouth after each bite was WOW THIS IS DELICIOUS!! Repeatedly! This was no ordinary cake! Flavors, moisture, smell ( I could smell all the extracts)on point!! I thought that my favorite cake was a VI vianna cake but this VEGAN pistachio cake is my new favorite cake! Ordered a cake from Pure Vegan cakes for my daughters 21st birthday that is Vegan. She said it was the BEST vegan cake she has ever had! Sira was incredibly accommodating of a last minute request for a surprises vegan and GF birthday cake. She was so friendly and fast in her follow up with an invoice and I could even pay her quickly through venmo. The cake was GORGEOUS and she hand delivered it to my friend who was thrilled and remarked at how friendly Sira was! Best of all, my friend raved about the cake quality and taste. Highly recommend!!

I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money. I’m looking forward to seeing her continuously break records and become a staple in our South Florida Community. Give her a call and try her baked goods.

Sira is amazing and the cake she made for my son was absolutely perfect! Our little encanto loving boy got the cake of his dreams without having to worry about his allergies! Gorgeous cake, great taste, and all around just a great experience. Will definitely be using for years to come.

This was my daughter’s birthday, she decided she wanted a vegan cake since she is now vegetarian. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing if we would like it or not but to my surprise the cake was delicious! I don’t think there is anything like it out there and all our guests enjoyed it too. Top tier was mango, vanilla and second tier was strawberry and vanilla all covered in European chocolate. Simply the best ! ????????????

Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting. The white crust and the chocolate were a perfect combination. Thank you for helping me making his birthday feel special. ????????

By far the best Baker I’ve ever been to! We’ve been going to her for years for all of our birthdays/holidays. Literally the best tasting cake/cupcakes ever, my kids and I love it! The best part is everything is vegan which is so important to us! Shes absolutely amazing!

I could not say enough good things about Sira and Pure Vegan Cakes! I found her bakery online as I have celiac disease and needed a gluten free cake. There were so many positive comments about how delicious the gluten free cakes were, so I filled out an inquiry form. It was a late request for a birthday cake, but Sira was understanding, accommodating, and very kind! The cake was absolutely perfect – the design was stunning and the European chocolate with raspberry filling was delightful. It was eaten up very quickly. 🙂 I will definitely be ordering again!

Pure vegan cakes is my go to for a delicious vegan cake. I’ve had several cakes made and they all turned out AMAZING. My gender reveal was a pistachio cake with coconut frosting!y baby shower a caramel coconut cake. And recently I has a Italian rainbow cookie cake made for my nieces birthday.
