Couldn’t have been any happier with the cake we got from Pure Vegan Cakes. I spoke with Sira the owner and she helped design the perfect cake for my sister’s Amalfi Coast themed birthday party. We chose a lemon cake with vanilla buttercream frosting with a raspberry filling. From the limoncello candies, to the brightly colored flowers, to the tile design that wrapped the cake, Sira put a lot of thought into every detail. Needless to say the cake was a huge hit at the party. Nobody could believe it was a vegan cake! Sira made the event so special and is such a lovely person all around. Highly recommend!

From the first phone call I knew that this was going to be a great experience. I found Pure Vegan Cakes by searching online, I saw photos and I was hooked! I wanted a dairy free carrot cake for a friend’s birthday, Sira and I discussed his hobbies (golf), and she showed me examples of her designs. We created a plan, and when I picked up the cake, it was perfect! Our friend loved his birthday cake, and the carrot cake was absolutely scrumptious!!! 1/28/2023 4th cake later!!!!! Just finished eating the last piece of cake! My husband and I killed it.. He says it's worth every penny!! It's the perfect balance because the cake is not too sweet but very flavorful and the icing has the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor!! Which makes it harder to stop eating!! Flavors, moisture, smell ( I could smell all the extracts)on point!! I thought that my favorite cake was a VI vianna cake but this VEGAN pistachio cake is my new favorite cake! This was my daughter’s birthday, she decided she wanted a vegan cake since she is now vegetarian. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing if we would like it or not but to my surprise the cake was delicious! I don’t think there is anything like it out there and all our guests enjoyed it too. Top tier was mango, vanilla and second tier was strawberry and vanilla all covered in European chocolate. Simply the best ! ????????????

She was so friendly and fast in her follow up with an invoice and I could even pay her quickly through venmo. These cupcakes were incredible! I got a dozen for my wife's birthday. The piping work was pure art and we couldn't have been happier with result. Pure Vegan Cakes knocked it out of the park not just in looks, but in flavor, too. I 100% recommend them for any event.
