Sira was amazing! She's super talented and myself and the rest of my family were in awe of her designs. My sister was extremely happy with the cake design, flavor, and just everything about it. From the first phone call I knew that this was going to be a great experience. I found Pure Vegan Cakes by searching online, I saw photos and I was hooked! I wanted a dairy free carrot cake for a friend’s birthday, Sira and I discussed his hobbies (golf), and she showed me examples of her designs. We created a plan, and when I picked up the cake, it was perfect! Our friend loved his birthday cake, and the carrot cake was absolutely scrumptious!!! There were so many positive comments about how delicious the gluten free cakes were, so I filled out an inquiry form. I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money.
