Sira Garib, owner of Pure Vegan Cakes in West Palm Beach, Florida, expanded her thriving bakery business not only out of a passion for providing inclusive dessert options but also as an inspiration from her young daughter, Kaliya. Along with her husband, who is also a vegan, Sira started the bakery after noticing the limited quality and options available for vegan desserts.
