Pure Vegan Cakes came to the rescue! It was my daughter’s birthday and we were traveling to South Florida from New York and I needed a vegan cake for her birthday party. Even though Pure Vegan Cakes was going to be closed for vacation, they found a way to get the cake made and available so we could get it! This was my daughter’s birthday, she decided she wanted a vegan cake since she is now vegetarian. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing if we would like it or not but to my surprise the cake was delicious! I don’t think there is anything like it out there and all our guests enjoyed it too. Top tier was mango, vanilla and second tier was strawberry and vanilla all covered in European chocolate. Simply the best ! ????????????

1/28/2023 4th cake later!!!!! Just finished eating the last piece of cake! My husband and I killed it.. He says it's worth every penny!! It's the perfect balance because the cake is not too sweet but very flavorful and the icing has the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor!! Which makes it harder to stop eating!! Okay I done!! ???????????????? Have a nice day!!! OMG!! I order the Vegan pistachio cake last minute for my birthday and by far was the best decision I made that day and the best birthday gift I could’ve ask for! Every word that came out of me and my significant other's mouth after each bite was WOW THIS IS DELICIOUS!! Repeatedly! This was no ordinary cake! Flavors, moisture, smell ( I could smell all the extracts)on point!! I thought that my favorite cake was a VI vianna cake but this VEGAN pistachio cake is my new favorite cake! I could not say enough good things about Sira and Pure Vegan Cakes! I found her bakery online as I have celiac disease and needed a gluten free cake. There were so many positive comments about how delicious the gluten free cakes were, so I filled out an inquiry form. It was a late request for a birthday cake, but Sira was understanding, accommodating, and very kind! The cake was absolutely perfect – the design was stunning and the European chocolate with raspberry filling was delightful. It was eaten up very quickly. 🙂 I will definitely be ordering again!

They were honestly amazing!! They were so good and I'm not a frosting person but it was great and not too sweet which I loved so they were overall the best baked goods I’ve had and I’m not from this state! Thank you very much for making such a sweet gift for my nana who didn't even want to eat them because they were too beautiful.

Pure vegan cakes is my go to for a delicious vegan cake. I’ve had several cakes made and they all turned out AMAZING. My gender reveal was a pistachio cake with coconut frosting!y baby shower a caramel coconut cake. And recently I has a Italian rainbow cookie cake made for my nieces birthday. Sira was amazing! She's super talented and myself and the rest of my family were in awe of her designs. My sister was extremely happy with the cake design, flavor, and just everything about it. Sira was able to accommodate and make these cupcakes amazing with the following allergy restrictions: egg,oat,soy, dairy, gluten, almond.
