I had a vegan carrot cake delivered to my parents for their anniversary. They have eliminated dairy from their diet. I was excited at finding a vegan bakery that would deliver in the area and figured it would be a classy but simple design but the cake was beautifully decorated! My parents enjoyed the cake so much that they each ate two slices upon opening. I really appreciate how responsive Sira was to my original email through post cake delivery!

This was my daughter’s birthday, she decided she wanted a vegan cake since she is now vegetarian. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing if we would like it or not but to my surprise the cake was delicious! I don’t think there is anything like it out there and all our guests enjoyed it too. Top tier was mango, vanilla and second tier was strawberry and vanilla all covered in European chocolate. The Vegan Cakes’ service was amazing. I week prior to my niece’s birthday party, I requested an order and within 30 minutes I received an email about my request. After I sent the specifics for the cake, the invoice was sent over and my order was confirmed within an hour. The whole process from start to finish was smooth including pickup. 1/28/2023 4th cake later!!!!! Just finished eating the last piece of cake! My husband and I killed it.. He says it's worth every penny!! It's the perfect balance because the cake is not too sweet but very flavorful and the icing has the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor!! Which makes it harder to stop eating!! Okay I done!! ???????????????? Have a nice day!!! OMG!! I order the Vegan pistachio cake last minute for my birthday and by far was the best decision I made that day and the best birthday gift I could’ve ask for! Every word that came out of me and my significant other's mouth after each bite was WOW THIS IS DELICIOUS!! Repeatedly! This was no ordinary cake! Flavors, moisture, smell ( I could smell all the extracts)on point!! I thought that my favorite cake was a VI vianna cake but this VEGAN pistachio cake is my new favorite cake! My family and I absolutely loved our buttercream pineapple filling cake we got from Pure Vegan Cakes. With this cakes we were taken back to about 15+ years ago when we had Nicaraguan cake for every bday. We absolutely love Sira she is bake goods genius and the sweetest most fun person you’ll meet! Pure Vegan Cakes specialize in Cupcakes/cakes/cookies and all that is bake goods with GF options and always dairy free. We are again so grateful for Pure Vegan Cakes for all the poured in each bite and layer.

I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money. Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting. The white crust and the chocolate were a perfect combination. Thank you for helping me making his birthday feel special. ????????
