Even though Pure Vegan Cakes was going to be closed for vacation, they found a way to get the cake made and available so we could get it! Couldn’t have been any happier with the cake we got from Pure Vegan Cakes. I spoke with Sira the owner and she helped design the perfect cake for my sister’s Amalfi Coast themed birthday party. We chose a lemon cake with vanilla buttercream frosting with a raspberry filling. From the limoncello candies, to the brightly colored flowers, to the tile design that wrapped the cake, Sira put a lot of thought into every detail. Needless to say the cake was a huge hit at the party. Nobody could believe it was a vegan cake! Sira made the event so special and is such a lovely person all around. Highly recommend!

I wanted a dairy free carrot cake for a friend’s birthday, Sira and I discussed his hobbies (golf), and she showed me examples of her designs. We created a plan, and when I picked up the cake, it was perfect! Our friend loved his birthday cake, and the carrot cake was absolutely scrumptious!!! I also had some gluten free vegan cupcakes, also delicious! I highly recommend Sira and Pure Vegan Cakes!!!
