Pure Vegan Cakes came to the rescue! It was my daughter’s birthday and we were traveling to South Florida from New York and I needed a vegan cake for her birthday party. Even though Pure Vegan Cakes was going to be closed for vacation, they found a way to get the cake made and available so we could get it! Love our cake. Miami heat cake was a star at my husbands birthday party. My husband and friends were impressed by how delicious it tasted and they couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free. The chocolate was of high quality, with cocoa powder and gluten free flour. The frosting I could tell it was home made and it had different extracts to enhance the vanilla flavor for the crusting. The white crust and the chocolate were a perfect combination. Thank you for helping me making his birthday feel special. ????????

I was trying to give a 10 STAR rating but this platform only allows 5. My favorite part is the taste and texture of the frosting! We had a mixed batch of cupcakes and I still can’t decide which one is my favorite even though I ate all 6 of them in one sitting. Did I mention the vegan cannolis were the best I’ve ever had? Sira stands out as one of the best bakers in South Florida and can give some of the non-vegan bakeries a run for their money. I had a vegan carrot cake delivered to my parents for their anniversary. They have eliminated dairy from their diet. I was excited at finding a vegan bakery that would deliver in the area and figured it would be a classy but simple design but the cake was beautifully decorated! My parents enjoyed the cake so much that they each ate two slices upon opening. I really appreciate how responsive Sira was to my original email through post cake delivery!

Pure vegan cakes is my go to for a delicious vegan cake. I’ve had several cakes made and they all turned out AMAZING. My gender reveal was a pistachio cake with coconut frosting!y baby shower a caramel coconut cake. And recently I has a Italian rainbow cookie cake made for my nieces birthday.
